These Welcome Offer Terms ("Offer Terms") apply to The Good Prepper's 10% Welcome Offer (the "Welcome Offer") provided by The Good Prepper Inc. ("The Good Prepper," "we," "us," or "our").

By participating in the Welcome Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms.

10% Welcome Offer

Eligible new subscribers may receive 10% off their first eligible order placed through offer.thegoodprepper.org by submitting a valid email address through an official The Good Prepper Welcome Offer signup form.

The discount may be provided by email, displayed after signup, or otherwise made available through the Store.

Eligibility

The Welcome Offer is intended for new email subscribers and first-time use only.

The offer is limited to one redemption per customer. Creating multiple email addresses, accounts, or signups in order to obtain multiple Welcome Offers is not permitted.

The Good Prepper may decline or cancel use of a promotional code where we reasonably determine that the offer has been obtained or used fraudulently, abusively, or contrary to these Offer Terms.

Discount

The Welcome Offer provides 10% off the merchandise subtotal of the first eligible order.

The discount does not apply to taxes, shipping or handling charges.

Certain products, bundles, sale items, promotional items, manufacturer-restricted products, or other products may be excluded from the Welcome Offer. Any applicable exclusions may be identified on the applicable product page, in connection with the offer, or at checkout.

Promotional Code

Where a promotional code is required, the code must be entered at checkout before the order is submitted.

The Welcome Offer:

• May be used only once per eligible customer;

• Cannot be redeemed for cash;

• Cannot be transferred, sold, or resold;

• Cannot be applied to previous purchases; and

• Cannot be combined with another discount code or promotional offer unless The Good Prepper expressly permits the combination.

Any expiration date or additional restriction displayed with the promotional code or Welcome Offer will also apply.

Returns and Refunds

If an item purchased using the Welcome Offer is returned, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid after the discount was applied and will otherwise be subject to The Good Prepper's applicable Return and Refund Policy.

The promotional value of the Welcome Offer is not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Email Marketing

Participation in the Welcome Offer includes signup for The Good Prepper's marketing email program.

By submitting your email address through the Welcome Offer form, you request the Welcome Offer and agree to receive promotional and marketing emails from The Good Prepper, including information about products, preparedness content, promotions, new releases, restocks, and special offers.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

You do not need to subscribe to marketing emails in order to make a purchase from The Good Prepper. Email signup is required only if you choose to participate in this Welcome Offer.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect a purchase already completed or a discount already validly redeemed.

Privacy Notice for the Welcome Offer

When you participate in the Welcome Offer, The Good Prepper may collect and process the following personal information:

Email and Contact Information: Your email address.

Signup Information: Information associated with your signup, such as the date and time of signup, signup source, and marketing subscription status.

Offer and Transaction Information: Information concerning the Welcome Offer provided to you, promotional-code use, and, if you make a purchase, information concerning the qualifying order and discount redeemed.

Marketing Engagement Information: We and our service providers may collect information about interactions with marketing emails, such as delivery, opens, clicks, and unsubscribe activity, where permitted by applicable law.

The Store may also collect device, browser, cookie, analytics, and usage information as described in our Privacy Policy.

How We Use This Information

We may use this information to:

• Provide and administer the Welcome Offer;

• Deliver your discount or promotional code;

• Add you to our email marketing program;

• Send marketing communications;

• Maintain marketing preferences and unsubscribe records;

• Prevent fraud or misuse of promotional offers;

• Measure the performance of our Welcome Offer and marketing campaigns; and

• Comply with applicable legal requirements.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information associated with the Welcome Offer to Shopify and service providers that assist us with ecommerce, email delivery, marketing, analytics, hosting, fraud prevention, and administration of promotional programs.

We do not sell your email address for money.

Retention

We retain information associated with the Welcome Offer for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the offer, maintain marketing preferences and unsubscribe or suppression records, prevent abuse, comply with legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect our rights.

If you make a purchase, transaction and discount-redemption records may be retained for the periods applicable to our ordinary order and business records.

California Notice of Financial Incentive — 10% Welcome Offer

The Good Prepper offers eligible consumers a 10% discount on their first eligible order when they voluntarily provide an email address and join our marketing email program.

This Welcome Offer may constitute a "financial incentive" or "price or service difference" under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA").

Material Terms

To participate, an eligible consumer submits a valid email address through The Good Prepper's Welcome Offer signup form.

The personal information associated with the program may include:

• Email address;

• Signup date, source, and marketing preferences;

• Marketing engagement information; and

• Discount-redemption and related transaction information if the offer is used.

The material terms of the discount are described above in these Offer Terms.

How to Opt In

You opt in to the Welcome Offer by voluntarily entering your email address into an eligible Welcome Offer signup form and submitting the form.

Participation is voluntary.

How to Withdraw

You may withdraw from our email marketing program at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails or by contacting: support@thegoodprepper.org

There is no charge to withdraw.

Withdrawing from marketing communications does not affect a transaction that has already been completed or a discount that has already been validly redeemed.

Value of Consumer Information

The amount of the Welcome Offer varies depending on the merchandise subtotal of the participant's qualifying first order.

Using a reasonable and good-faith method, we estimate the value associated with a participant's information to be reasonably related to the cost to The Good Prepper of providing the Welcome Offer, together with the anticipated value of establishing and maintaining an email marketing relationship with the participant.

For a participant who redeems the Welcome Offer, our primary practical measure of the value is approximately the amount of the discount provided to that participant — 10% of the eligible merchandise subtotal of the qualifying first order, subject to applicable exclusions or other limitations disclosed with the offer.

We use the expense associated with providing the financial incentive as a practical and reasonably reliable method for estimating value, together with the anticipated commercial value derived from administering and maintaining our email marketing relationship with participating consumers.

The value will therefore vary depending on the qualifying purchase and the participant's interaction with the program.

The Good Prepper may periodically review and update its valuation methodology based on actual program costs, participation, redemption, and marketing performance.

Changes to the Welcome Offer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Good Prepper may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Welcome Offer or these Offer Terms for future participants.

Changes will not alter a purchase that has already been completed.

Use of offer.thegoodprepper.org and purchases made through the Store are also subject to The Good Prepper's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.
