Return Window
Depending on the item purchased, your order may be covered by a 60-day, 180-day, or 365-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee period for your specific item is noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from our return policy, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods
- Opened food items
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Condition of Items
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be reported within the specified return window on the product page
- Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable
- Do not send back opened cans.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48h, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing time.
- If you returned the cases back without contacting us first, please send us a quick email at support@thegoodprepper.org, in order for your refund to be processed.
*If you are not satisfied, we're going to make things right. However if we feel someone is unfairly taking advantage of us, we will have to cut you off. We have never had to do this, but it's worth mentioning.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact our email address support@thegoodprepper.org. Returns that are not initiated through this email address will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
Once your request is received, our team will provide detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the correct return address. Please do not send any products back without first receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.
