At offer.thegoodprepper.org (the "Website"), we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Based on your delivery address we offer different carriers and shipping methods (e.g. USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx) to better meet your needs.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method and destination. We offer flat-rate shipping for some products, while others are calculated based on weight. Rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via standard shipping, applicable only to the 48 contiguous states. The shipping carrier may vary based on the weight, size, and delivery address of the package. Please note, free shipping is not available to PO boxes; only physical addresses are eligible. Additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories.
We currently do not ship outside US territory.
Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected and the distance from our fulfillment center to the destination. Please note that these are estimates only and may vary based on factors such as weather, customs delays and carrier delays.
All orders are processed within 5 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
