Beef and Rice Skillet

Ingredients:
  • 1 can of beef
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  2. Add the rice and beef broth, bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked (about 15 minutes).
  4. Stir in the canned beef and soy sauce.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, until everything is heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
