
Beef and Rice Skillet
Ingredients:
- 1 can of beef
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Add the rice and beef broth, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked (about 15 minutes).
- Stir in the canned beef and soy sauce.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, until everything is heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
