Beef and Bean Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of beef
  • 1 can of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • Shredded cheese (optional)
  • Sour cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  2. Add the canned beef, beans, tomatoes, and chili seasoning.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.
