
Loaded nachos
Ingredients:
- 1 can of beef, drained and shredded
- Tortilla chips
- 1 can of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 small red onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer Ingredients: On a baking sheet, layer tortilla chips, half of the cheese, beef, kidney beans, red onion, and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Top with salsa if desired and serve hot. Enjoy!
