Loaded nachos

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of beef, drained and shredded
  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 can of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 small red onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Salsa (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer Ingredients: On a baking sheet, layer tortilla chips, half of the cheese, beef, kidney beans, red onion, and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  3. Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve: Top with salsa if desired and serve hot. Enjoy!
